If S’Daia isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

One-time purchases (the full program or an additional brand) get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Subscription payments are not refundable.

What happens to your account

After your refund, your access to what you purchased ends. Anything you already exported stays yours.

If you’re one of our first 20 founding members, a refund or chargeback releases your place: its twelve free months of the subscription end, and the place passes to the next paying customer.
